I called TIDAL Plumbing & Heating for a combo boiler/hot water heater repair. They answered the phone professionally, gave me a same day two hour window to examine the problem. They are respectful of time and communicate well with the customer. They arrived, examined the issue and provided prompt professional repairs and got my boiler up and running again, especially with no hot water and heating before weather temperatures are ready to drop. They are professional, respectful, work clean, are friendly and are very reliable. I am very grateful to have found such a reliable plumbing company which gives me peace of mind with this job and any future work that I may need. Don’t look elsewhere. THESE ARE THE GUYS YOU WANT WORKING FOR YOU!!!

Sonny and his team where exactly what we needed when we were on a real bind. Con Edison had given us a warning, but very short notice before they ultimately turned off the gas at my rental property in the Bronx due to a corroded pipe. Sonny and his team worked quickly and diligently to target the problem area and replace the part of the pipe/gas line that was necessary. In doing so, Sonny and his team was great in explaining to me the process step by step, coordinating with my tenants where necessary, and also coordinating with Con Edison and the city inspectors to schedule and go through the inspections that needed to be done once the work was completed. Sonny and his team showed professionalism and expertise in dealing with Con Edison and the city inspectors. While doing the work his team also was able to address another plumbing issue – running shower faucet that we had in a tenant’s apartment. Overall, Sonny and his team got me out of a real bind. I do not hesitate in recommending his company and they will be the first I call in the future when I have a plumbing issue. Thanks again Sonny!!!

Sunny and his crew really great did a great job in breaking down the process and doing the work. Sunny and his company came through and fixed the mess and showed me that there is a plumbing company out there that offers a fair price that won’t break the bank that do outstanding work. My family and I would’ve been without heat and gas if it wasn’t for Sunny and his crew. Exceptional company, thank you so much!

I hired this company to do my Local 152 gas inspection for my building, it was a great experience. They were on time for the appointment, explained the entire process, and answered all my questions. I found Tidal Plumbing after a couple of my neighbors used another company that was less expensive but caused them headaches with paperwork and Con Edison. I’m glad I found an honest company.

Have used them several times and am impressed by their personal and professional service. We have a very old and rare tub faucet, Tidal plumbing was able to repair it. Other plumbers insisted we had to break open the tile. Sunny, was nice enough to try to fix it, and was very confident he could. We were lucky to have Sunny come out twice recently and I recommend both him and his company.

This was a great experience. Sunny at Tidal Plumbing is wonderful because he answers the phone himself, and often he comes out on the same day that you need something done. He did backflow and RPZ testing for our business and even helped us with a DEP Violation and necessary paperwork. He is so knowledgeable, experienced, and pleasant. There are so many 5 star reviews for Tidal Plumbing, and now I know why. They deserves 10 stars! Highly recommended!

A lot of hiring someone to work on your house is trusting them basically with little or no input on how good and trustworthy they are. I hired Tidal Plumbing to repair our old steam boiler and was really satisfied with the result. High quality work but just as important I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or manipulated into work I didn’t need right away. Very satisfied with the work and very happy with the company.

Sonny and his crew installed a new furnace in my home and did a fabulous job. They were easy to work with and very accomodating. The system is quiet and efficient- just in time for the cold weather. I would highly recommend Tidal Plumbing!!

I called Tidal Plumbing and Heating for what I believed was a clog in my sewer connection. They came within an hour of my call and cleared the main sewer connection of grease build up in under an hour. Very thorough, professional and courteous. The plumber also switched my old thermostat in minutes. Also, he noticed my water heater was about due to be replaced. You know how those things break down like clockwork. I will definitely ask Tidal to switch out my water heater too. It is not only the great work, but also advice how to head off problems in the future.
